In the event of a failed or duplicate transaction due to technical error, please contact us with proof of payment. Upon verification with our payment gateway, a resolution will be provided accordingly. However, such claims must be raised within 7 working days from the date of payment.
The temple administration reserves the right to reschedule or adjust puja timings in case of unavoidable circumstances such as special events, festivals, or maintenance work. In such cases, devotees will be notified, but refunds will not be issued.
